We absolutely understand that sometimes life gets in the way and things come up unexpectedly. That being said, when you cancel last second or no show on us, we are not able to fill that slot in enough time and our stylists are not able to make any money. In order to ensure that we are making the most of our time, our cancellation policy is as follows:
We require credit cards on file to book appointments.
Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of service scheduled
“No shows”: 100% of service scheduled
